This will refresh your brain increasing your concentration and leading to better productivity.
2. To do list
Create a to do list, so you don’t forget anything.
3. Don’t do list
Create a don’t do list so that you don’t end up doing what you shouldn’t be doing.
4. Meditate
Meditate daily for 15 to 30 minutes. This will increase your concentration leading to better productivity.
5. Be organized, less clutter
Organize everything, your work desk, your room, your wardrobe. If it is organized you feel motivated to work plus you save time on searching things.
6. Set a routine
Create a routine for yourself. If you work in a routine way your body adapts to it and your brain works faster.
7. Exercise
A healthy mind resides in a healthy body. And a healthy body is capable of doing lot more. Enough said.
8. Track your time
If you feel a lot of your time is wasted then start tracking it. Make sure you spend time on things in your to do list and not on things from your don’t do list.
9. Invest in audio books
If you feel that reading books is taking up your time, then subscribe to audio books service, this way you can gain knowledge while travelling or doing any other chore. Caution this does not apply for academic books. If you have to study you have to study.
10. Allocate social media time
Don’t open FB / twitter/ instagram every now and then. What the world has posted will remain there you can check it out at a later point of time.

11. Prioritise tasks
Decide what is important for you now, or what is going to take up most of your time. Preparing for the task first is more important than at the end moment.
12. Turn of distractions
When you are studying or working on something ou can turn of the TV, the e-commerce sites, the social media updates etc. Basically put your mobile phone on airplane mode and concentrate on your task.
13. Learn to Say No
While this is not the thumb rule always, but where ever necessary learn to say no so that you can concentrate on your work.
14. Eat right
If you eat a lot of junk food, your body gets effected and hence your capability to be productive. Hence eat right. Right kind of nutrition in right portions.
15. Stand more often
Whenever you get a chance, stand. This will not let your body go into slumber.
16. Stay hydrated
Drink enough water, atleast 3-4 litres daily.
17. Schedule free time
While working your body can get tired and enter into a rut hence schedule periodic free time. Take small breaks and small vacations so that you can rejuvenate your grey cells faster.
18. Wakeup early or stay up late based on your body
If you want some extra time for doing your work, then either wake up early in the morning or stay up late in the night to squeeze in those extra hours of time.
19. Use technology
There are a lot of apps to help improve your productivity, download and use them to be more productive.
20. Plan ahead
Break big tasks into smaller tasks, and then plan ahead the amount of time required. Plan ahead what life is going to demand from you and work towards fulfilling that plan.
21. Get sleep
A normal human body requires 6-8 hours of sleep daily hence sleep peacefully in the night and be more productive when you wake up.
22. Unsubscribe useless email
You must be getting a lot of useless email which takes up your time so just unsubscribe such email and feel the difference.
23. Focus on 1 task at a time
Understand that humans are not machines so that they can multi task. Multi tasking will hinder your performance, so work on 1 task at a time.
24. Maximize work time
Outsource some tasks to others if you can. Work such as cooking, laundry can be outsourced so outsource such work and increase your work time.
25. Work under deadlines
Set yourself deadlines to finish a task. Stick to such deadlines no matter what.
