1. Checking mails constantly
If people want to get in touch with you they will call. If you keep checking your email constantly, you are only wasting your time. Enough said.
2. Not sleeping enough
You need a minimum of 6 hours of sleep everyday. If you are not sleeping that much then you are damaging the capacity of your brain. Some of the side effects of not sleeping properly are slower decision making, irritation, weigh gain, high blood pressure etc . So give your body enough rest.
3. Eating unhealthy meals
People concentrate more on the taste rather than the nutritional value. If you are not eating enough nutritional food, you are bound to suffer from health problems. And once you start having problems with your health, your productivity automatically decreases.
4. Giving every task equal importance
OK we know you have made a to do list, but that’s not enough. You have to prioritize all your tasks. Some tasks will have to be given lesser time and some tasks will have to be given a bigger share of your productive time. Hence prioritize.
5. Skipping Breakfast
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It sets the tone for your body for the entire day. If you skip breakfast you are going to feel hungry whole day, and you will also tend to over eat when you sit for lunch or dinner. Once you over eat then your body would start feeling lazy and uncomfortable and thus reducing your productivity.
Abandon these bad habits and see your productivity improve.
