This is to formally notify everyone that, in accordance with The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, the Company has constituted its Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to address and redress complaints of sexual harassment at the workplace.
The ICC has been constituted as per the requirements of Section 4 of the Act, and will serve as the authorised body for receiving and inquiring into complaints.
