United Kingdom-based Stickfest Group Ltd was launched in 2018 by ‘veteran’ international head-hunter and recruitment entrepreneur; Ian M. Franklin. Stickfest Group came about as a result of the Founder being asked by a friend and business associate to assist in sourcing a senior-level professional for his office in the US. Ian agreed to this and following that placement, a further request was made to assist for a similar role in Singapore, after which more placement requests followed for that same Company. This created the seed for the formation of Stickfest and during the early part of 2019 the foundations and structure of the Company were created, a Board was appointed that included executive and influential non-executive Members, a C-Suite level Team was formed and a complex business plan and the critical path were designed around the ‘brand’ and logo of Stickfest Group making the Company professionally attractive to international clients, candidates, associates, and investors.
The name of ‘Stickfest’ was originally created in 2011 and was used as the name for a music festival event that was held in the UK. Ian M. Franklin co-ordinated the social enterprise that organized the event and retained the name and logo after the enterprise was disbanded in 2012. Ian then used the original name and now trademark-protected logo as the visual brand for the new international executive search & selection, permanent talent sourcing, career management, talent mapping, and strategy Organisation that the Stickfest Group now is. Stickfest Group is known for its expertise in serving the global Family Office (& Advisories) sector, as well as many other verticals worldwide.
